We specialize in weddings, corporate, and large private events. We’ll use our unique truck and handmade brick oven to fire off gourmet pizzas and other specialty foods for you, wherever the party is. Our chef trained in Italy with prominent pizzaiolis to ensure we bring you a true authentic pizza experience. Let your guests explore the tastes of Italy at your event, no passports needed!

Our catering menu is inspired by Mano’s training in Italy. We’re bringing Italy to you with traditional pizzas, appetizers, salads, and sides.
Our catering packages start at $17-$19/person for pizza buffet only, and we have a minimum $2500 for all private events.

- With the $17/person package we’ll offer delicious classics like Margherita, pepperoni and veggie pizzas while using high quality cheese and ingredients.

- And our $19/person package is loaded with our specialty and seasonal pizzas like our Fig N Pig, Italian Sausage and Roasted Potato pizza or Bros Hawaiian.
